About Javes Me

My name is Javes Lewis and my goal is to teach, train, and motivate you to reach your fitness goals and live a healthy lifestyle. I believe we all have an athlete inside us, no matter what age or fitness level.

As a former Division I football player at the University of Oregon and member of the Kansas City Chiefs in the NFL, I know what it takes to reach the highest level of athletic success. I’ve seen the rewards hard work, focus, and dedication can bring, and I want to use what I learned to give back to my community.

Once I transitioned out of playing professional football, I found myself at a new stage in my life and career. I was ready to take the skills and experiences I had gained to make an impact on others. I saw the obstacles people face when it comes to fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. Obesity and chronic diseases continue to affect our communities, and I want to show others they can overcome these issues and live a healthy and active life.

I am a NASM master trainer, a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and a NASM fitness nutrition specialist (FNS). As a fitness professional, my focus is training elite professional athletes, young athletes, and people of all ages so that they can reach the best fitness level possible.

Today, I am a mobile personal trainer, the owner and creator of the10 Minute Fix fitness program, a youth athletic skills trainer, the defensive back coach for the Pinnacle High School varsity football team, and a partnership trainer with Fireside Norterra. I have worked with athletes who have continued on to the Airforce Academy and Northern Arizona University as well as students who will be attending University of Oregon and Texas A&M.

I understand everyone’s fitness and health goals are different, but my plan is always the same: I will show you that staying fit, being active, eating better, and becoming the strongest version of yourself is sustainable. I don’t believe in quick fixes, I believe in long-term success.
