HOW DOES SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING WORK?
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING (SOMETIMES ALSO REFERRED TO AS SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING) CAN BE PRESENTED IN 2 WAYS:
One program (workout) for a small group of (8-10)people training at the same time under the supervision of 1 trainer. Sometimes the trainer will workout with the group and can resemble the traditional group exercise class environment where you the group can be between 10 to 30 people.
Individual programs (workouts) with a group of (2-4) people training at the same time under the supervision of 1 trainer.
At Javes Lewis Fitness we follow number 2 however we also take it a step further, which help our members to train at a time which is convenient for them, making it easier to be consistent with their training and achieving results.
Note: All sessions are 50 minutes. Arrive 10 minutes prior to session start time to warm up.
Important Note: must use all sessions within month purchased. Failure to do so will result in sessions expiring and will be forfeited.
